The RGBA Function Was Dropped Because of Convenience
Every one of the new color spaces is three channels. If you're used to HSL, there's a new one called LCH which is kind of almost like the same letters and a new arrangement. OKLCH is a really good first place to start because it both can go into super wide gamut HDR colors but also has a reliable lightness channel that makes it great for design systems.
