What Are the Trends of the Army Officers Coming Through the Course?

The biggest problem that we have with army officers coming through the course is a lot of them just aren't decisive and assertive enough. I think people misunderstand when they're told listen to your NCOs or listen to your soldiers. If you're the officer or if you're the 18 Zulu on the team and there is no officer, you're the person in charge. You need to listen to everybody but make your own decisions.
