Facebook has announced plans to create a new company called altria. Mark Suckerberg says the move could be seen as an attempt to mask more of Facebook's operations from regulators. The social media giant also said there will be no substantive changes to its privacy policies or how it uses data. 'This doesn't change anything from face bots existing problems, right?', he asks.
