Is Email and SMS Synonymous With Retention?

The traditional playbook is if we need to drive more revenue from retention, send more. I think it's just kind of like, I'm big on semantics, but you know, trying to try to understand really what retention is and it's getting people to buy again. And email and SMS don't get me wrong, plays a huge component in that. It's not it's not 100% synonymous. But there's there's a good amount of it.
