I always use the analogy like a meal. It's like the meat and potatoes of what gets you better is that builled things back up bucket. The com things down bucket is just like the seasoning that goes on top makes it'll taste a little bit better, right? Get yourself better. Don't rely on somebody else to fix you. Because your body is amazing at healing. And it will get better if you cind of point it in the right direction. You can do that yourself. I love it. Yes, i i love this.
