How to Be Empathic in the Office Effectively

We like to say that ampathy has its limits. We can't actually be that for people if we don't have people being that for us, right? So with ampathy right in you, your hearing these stories, or someone's telling you a story, or even you in your practice, how do you guard your own heart to a certain extent? Well, i'l reflect on that by going right going back to what i just said, that my ability to be empathic in the office effectively.
