Is the Solar Industry Starting an Apprenticeship Program?
The apprenticeship aspect is more difficult to navigate than the prevailing wage. Will we see the solar industry start in apprenticeship program to properly trained workers? Do they disallowed? He keeps one question that caught my eye was, did anything in the the act changed the passive activity lost rules? And i think we've just gussed that, and we think the answer to that is no.
