I know recently you had a stroke, and the way that you're approaching it has the sort of milton ericson written all over it. But meditation really, and ah, it's vipasna meditation that i do. It's in insight into your true nature. And are you trying to create a quiet mental space to be able to hear like intuitive thoughtsy? I'm not doing this for the ego of the achievement. So my ultimate point of it all is to be authentic and to uncover and reconstruct my own mind's tokstoxicities so i can liberate myself. Because if i liberate then only i have a hope to liberate help liberate some one else.
