CAR-T Cell Therapy for Lupus Patients
Most of these patients with autoimmune diseases don't get a cytokine storm. By around day seven, they start going up on their CD20 cells. And what's really cool is they seem to be naive. So this therapy is eliminating the not the plasma cells, but the plasma blast. But it seems that it's not really making the plasma cells non-attacked.
