Coaches, What Are You Like as a Coach?

i find it really a rewarding to meet these kids and ye figure out that they've all got their weird little personality quirks, and they're all adorable in their own way. When you take the same group of kids from seven, eight year old, am there our ten year old, even year old,. and they're learning so quickly, and tey're getting better at what they're doing. So it's really great to see that improvement across a whole range of levels in thesame group of kids. I think i try to treat her like just one of the kids.
