Is the Event Causal Libertarian View a Variant of the Luck Argument?

A lot of event causal libertarians don't necessarily argue that we have good reason for thinking the world is as their views describe them. Instead their giving us a particular account that would make the notion plausible or conceivable. I think agent causal libertarians could supply what's missing from the event causal accounts. But they can't be reconciled with our best physical theories about the world. They face additional problems accounting for mental causation. Ah, so that sort of leads to a version of
