Reactive Deloading for Biceps

The traditional form of de loading is a week off every fourth week or so. But i prefer to do it reactively, based on objective muscle performance and also some subjective feetback. So mestly, i do reactive delos on an exercise specific basis. And general, good rule fomis that when you see your performances decreasing when it should be increasing, do i react? Lod right then in that session, and then maybe go back one increment of weight the next work out. Do you have to set it based on the exercise and what realistic rate progresses for that exercise.?
