Aaron: Milo, have you done any of this stuff that is just straight up going as heavy as you can so you can't even get a full rep on these short movements? Milo: I've been dipping my toes into it by doing those reverse drop sets. Aaron: Then my mind experiment was to go to the bottom of a face weight curl and hold that for like a minute. Milo: We're just going to do some portionals now; then in a few weeks from now we'll only be doing some other kind of dynamic movement. It's very intriguing because I jumped the gun and really excited about this.
