But what you're saying in this is the sanctions against Tornado Cash and against Blender I.O. are preventing US persons who might have a legitimate reason for using these services from doing so. And they cannot actually harm the contract. Is there anyone who's benefiting from the smart contract? Is there someone who takes something off the top for running Tornado Cash? Yeah.
