The Importance of Empathy

Gorsuch was fired because he, quote, didn't drive the vehicle. The company told him, nope, don't leave. He un-hitched the trailer, which had frozen breaks. Also, he could have frozen to death. And I kept asking Gorsuch, what would you have done? Oh, I don't know, Senator. I had empathy for the man, but I didn't put myself in his shoes. What does empathy even mean?"
