How to Communicate Better in a Virtual World
In a virtual world, we have to be deliberate with our communication. Why in the world would we have a meeting and allow some people to not speak up? If that's the case, why are they even attending the meeting? And if we need them in the meeting, we should want to hear their opinions. The other is the use of the camera, right? I know hopefully we're way past this now, but, you know, I was the first person that required people to be on camera.
