Can a Vaccine Prevent Alcimus?

I don't think of alcimes as being caused by apathagon. How should i think about a vaccine in the instance of either alcimus or indeed, cancer yet? So what pens in different diseases is that they all have their own specific immuna pathology. We can think of vaccines as not just giving protect against external invaders into our bodies, but internally generated malfunctions, essentially to be picked up by avaction. Our immune systems might be trained to guard against those as well.
