The Importance of Trust in Relationships

When we talk about trust, respect, listening, influence, those are actions, those are verbs. And so you can even get to a point where you understand the relationship and I can look and go, Hey, there's a trust gap. That actually doesn't get to the resolution because I have to do something to build that relationship. If I want you to listen to me more, I have to talk less and listen more. This person had been working well for a long time. He had stopped doing those things and taken them for granted.
