Cryptocurrency and the Digital World

In modern society, your money no longerrepresents stored wealth that can be exchanged for goods and services as permitted by the state. The digitization of currency ties each individual directly, transparently to their money and empowers the state with decision power on whether any particular citizen is allowed to transact. In its place, we find a myriad of extra extra judicial procedures and complex regulations that strip us away from our freedoms. If left unchecked, will ultimately wake make away, or make way for the displacement of our representative democracies with totalitarian states. That's exactly where we are right now.
