Is There a Need for a Constitutional Convention?
There have been calls from progressives to reform the constitution, but maybe have a constitutional convention. But once the convention is convened, state legislatures in congress have n legal power to limit the convention. There's no way that woth these malportioned, jury mandred state legislatures at you would get delegates who would do the things that i think the majority of th people in this state would like to see havin.
