Bio Weapons

In the eighties and nineties, bio weapons were really a big deal. They tried to scare us with them but it just never went anywhere. And so they had to move to other stuff. Look at what's happening in cal fora and florida. Bill gates's mosquitoes have just been released. You know, that's the kind of thing i'm really worried about,. That we're at a pace of technologic innovation, that some of the stuff they'd had an idea to do, probably its going to be outmoded.
