Do You Have a PhD in Pastoral Ministry?

Dylan: I think the great, the beautiful thing about doing a PhD is you realize how much there is out there that you simply do not know. You can be a very, very good and faithful pastor without a PhD. So if you don't have that desire to do that type of work, you know, lots of reading extensive research and writing, then the PhD is simply not for you. And that's okay. Reading is part of the gig. It's a huge part of the gigs.
