The Argument for Limiting Growth to Save the Planet
Jordan Peterson: Is it the environment or poor people if your idea is that we have to limit growth to save the planet? He says fossil fuel lobbyists and spokespeople make this argument all the time, too. In parts of the developing world, life expectancy today is 10 to 20 years shorter, he says. The reality is that we could change these outcomes by sharing our successful energy technologies not by prohibiting their use as a result of misaligned environmental policies,Peterson writes.
