How to Start a Property Management Business on Thumbtack

I've never heard of anybody advertising their services on Thumbtack like this. That is so smart because I feel real. Even like literally realtor get clients off of Thumbtacks. Do they take a commission or that's just a lead generator? They do and it does get a little pricey because it is per lead. But if you land one property management client from there that's yeah that pays for itself. So okay. Where did we go for later? I loved it and I'm a person who can't say still. And that's when I kind of realized like Airbnb was getting a buzz.
