i'm going to go and do what helps me slow down, which is i've got my bible open here. I write exactly what the scripture says. And that forces me to just be careful and accurate in articulating to my own brain. There's lot of research coming out now about am note taking when you're typing,. verses note taking whenyou're handwriting. You want god's word to be soaked through your heart. Write it out. Like i dare you, as a dad, if you're listening to this podcast, to go write proverbs chapter 16 from beginning to end. No one even has to have good handwriting to be able to read it. As far as
