The Market Starving for Global Reserve Currency?

Global reserve currency is supposed to be a medium of global exchange. It allows two very different currencies that don't normally transact with another one another, suddenly they have this common medium through which to transact. But in order for that to work, you have to have this currency insufficient supply and its sufficient redistribution potential everywhere around the world. And that simply wasn't the case with the breton woods systemi talked about gold being hoarded essentially by the united states, in france, not really move, not really much of the rest of the world.
