The sale of an office building at 44 Market Street in the Sydney CBD was important. It's a really interesting data point because if this property is worth 17 percent less than what it was on its owners' books for, what's to stop other properties out there also being worth less? Anthony: The things that are going that are doing well, like your IOGs and your Agls, they are these companies that have big presences in their market,. They're offering things you can't really get elsewhere and that you need. So maybe we should be start thinking about more upgrades from them.
