Meditation Is a Great Way to Get Back to the Present

I like being mindful andand it keeps me back in the present. It helps me shut down the overwhelming amount ofthings that i think about on a daily basist. In addition to that, it is very relaxing muscularly. Like if my neck or back are in pain, then meditating can help. Because the positions i meditate in, you don't have to meditate in thi specific position.
