Is There Value in the Structure of a Traditional Job?

i'm not living in this constant state of, oh my god, i have to please everyone o top of all this. There's definitely value in the structure of a traditional job. And there's value in theructure of my full time roll prior to doing this. But i'm still definitely working on being more accountable to some things. I think maybe just adopting some of the tricks that you and tina ive seen use will be helpful.
