Is There a Difference Between Clean Carb Cycling and Ketosis?

For people who are frankly diabetic and frankly met about will be disordered, ketosis is a great place to be. Getting rid of the carbs is a really good thing. But then hopefully once we can get back to some degree of metabolic flexibility and or metabolic health, reincorporating them may be good long term. Those who are metabolically healthy don't need to fear carbohydrates.
