Is Industrialization a Consequence of Mechanistic Thinking?
Industrialization and technology use in itself is a consequence of so called mechanistic thinking. With mechanistic thinking, man believes that the entire universe is a kind of machine which can be perfectly understood in a rational way. But it's not easy to say what a different way of knowing is. It's a resonating way of knowing. And we should know this part of reality in a different way. The true revolution that we are or true huge leap forward that our society and agriculture has to make, is to understand that rational understanding is important.
