The Importance of Team Coaching
I think my interest in helping people first really sort of showed up in social work. I then got interested in organizational psychology, got a master's in organizational psychology at Columbia. Then went on to get my doctorate in adult learning and leadership. That was my first introduction to team coaching and work with team building.
