I definitely think that's the overarching message I got from the book. That's what we should be aiming for considering the amount of morbidity that we have. There are a lot of medical complications and diagnoses that we currently think aging is related to at the moment, certainly in the NHS health care system. And so those hallmarks were very good because they were an organising principle. It's one of the things we all know what aging is until you try and pin it down. They were obvious things to choose, but that wasn't the organising principle I used. If there was one. Okay. You're not going to get me talking about telomerase issues or protein misfolding any
