How Much Weight Do You Put on the Technical Side of the Stock?

I just assume that every stock that I'm trading is garbage. Most of them are because they're trading for under a dollar a share. They are like Party City that is on its way to bankruptcy. So I get into every single trade assuming that the stock is trash, that it's probably not going to go up. When it does, great. Sell it and move on to the next one.
