Military Performance - What Is Your Temperament?

There is a place for each temperament in the economy and the world, because otherwise they wouldn't exist. So if you're high in openness, you need to engage in something creative. You can't let that thing die, because it'll take a big part of it with you. And if you're disagreeable, say, you're a competitive type, and so you're gonna need some of that in your life. The guys that are really valuable in the military are the guys that also have that openness and that creativity, and at the same time are able to discipline it and harness it.
