In an earlier generation you know your typical aspirations would be that if life is stuff in a village and you can't make it there let you get some kind of government job somewhere. Back in the day before liberalization, being part of the government raises your social status right but now people are more likely to vote for tribal reasons like asserting their identity or sharing power with whoever they're voting for. How does that change aspirations and the way that you look at the world and all of that? I'm wondering if aspirations regarding to data have also changed since politics has become much more fluid in a sense. People in urban areas vote less than people in rural areas so why do we think voter apathy
