E, i think it's really important to acknowledge too, that, you know, we've been talking a lot about gims and jim based exercise. And that is a privilege, right? Not, oh, ye, equally available to everyone. So one of the things that we want to ask ourselves is, well, what essential and required to be a human being? If we look at the conditions in which humans need to thrive, it turns out walking is a big deal. It's about decongestion of tissues. It's also about accumulating enough non exercise activity that i can actually fall asleep write.
