Is There Laziness?

We can sometimes err, often. Did i mispronounce that? It's a south jersy alternate pronunciation. To err is human. Well, if susan can make protestant guiltrip into a verb I can mispronounce er. But anyway, my point is, we can infer a certain motive for behaviour that we observe and we can be wrong. And then the question would be, what are all the instances in which somebody doesn't put an effort and we may have been wrong,. Like circumstances beyond their control. Or there's another thing that's not laziness, and that's just not wanting to do it.
