Netflix's Ad-Supported Version of Their Service Was Not the Way to Go

I think that the fact that there are so many competing services that come at you with an entry level, either no pay or low pay ad supported version of the of their service, I think forced them into this. If you have enough users who clearly care about it in a variety of markets, I could see the company just saying, all right, well, let's get rid of the tier that doesn't seem to have the most traction. You know, if you're a legacy user, you're not getting kicked off of it, at least not now, but you can't sign up for it now.
