Monopoly - I Don't Know What's Happening.

I don't know how this one rule in Monopoly just got spread around like globally. Even though it was not on any rule books I think. It's like pity rules. Everyone has their own fucking rules. Sometimes it's like oh I landed on my own property. Could you imagine if there's a white circle on Mario Party? That's exactly what it feels like playing a game of Monopoly that I'm using.
