Home prices have been inflating really rapidly in some markets, and that seems to be largely because there's inofa supply shortage. So how would you urge home buyers proceed in such an environment? Jill: If the numbers work for you and you can do this, then great. Do it. I wouldn't go two nuts trying to prepare for seven % inflation for the next 30 years,. cause i just don't think that's going to happen.
