You should really only have one h one tag on the page. If you're using these tags because you want them to be that size, that's not a mark up issue. That's a style issue. Just don't make those h threes andand then style them with c s, s, but yow. And before you submit your web sight to the syntax highlight, just paw through it and make sure that there's only one h one per page.
