A 20 pound elephant grouper was found in a shallow water off the coast of New Mexico. The fish had to be chased by CNN's John Sutter, who followed him for 250 yards before he could find his way out. "When you take off after one, you're gone," says Sutter about chasing an elephant grouper that may or may not have been looking for food.
