D three is a tool that helps developers visualize their data. It's not designed to replace the target use of d three, but it can be useful for people who are trying to understand and make better decisions about what they want to do with their data. The app was created in 2010 by former Microsoft employee Andrew Kucharski as part of his PhD thesis on computer science at MIT.
