When you got to the space of these occupations, you were invited to be createde to be a participant. You could get plugged in right away to a significant role in this entire prefigurative universe. There was an immediate sense for people that they mattered - which is really huge. It's something we need to keep in mind as we aspire to build a sort of broad base movement,. A big left, a big tent, that believed in people and welcomed people.
