Is the Army War College Part of the War College?
The Army War College is one of several military colleges that focus on critical thinking. About 80% of the students a year are international officers, usually from about 75 different countries. The seats in my elective for 17 years have always been full and there's usually awaiting lists. We develop these long term relationships with people throughout the world which we can capitalize on if we go to war.
