How to Be Aware of Your Thoughts and Emotions Throughout the Day

Breathe out whatever tensions in your body, wherever these tensions are held. A one single thought, discomfort thought is sitting there with you. And you are aware of that. Think about sleep as a journey to inner temple, sacred temple, sacred journey. Look forward. Then the last moment before you go to sleep, look at what happened during the daytime,. process them a little bit. There's ways of sleeping holding your body. I mean, this gets quite deep. There's a lot in the book. But you have to do this low process before you going to sleep.
