Is the Apple Watch Really Good at Estimating Calories?

The apple watch was actually fairly accurate at measuring heart rate, which is useful if you want to tract the intensity of your cordia workouts. But it still did not accurately or reliably estimate calory expenditure. And this isn't the only study to show that commercially available activity trackers are not very good at estimating how many calories we burn. It's something of a moot point really, because much better way to control your eating is to use math.
