The Ideal Is to Be Really Open and Transparent When You Trigger an Avalanche

I don't like to do body work until i actually know a person. I think hard bounddries are really important. And if you can establish that trust prior to the medicine work, i think it it empowers the individual. It could look like you got it, but you're probably not going to get it. So how do we eliminate this culture of shame and fear y openly discussing these things?
