Is There a Good Basis for Saying Israel Didn't Make It Happen?

The claim that jewish people were warned not to go into work at the world trade o nine 11? This turned out to be an interdet myth. So i have no basis for accusing israel of wrong doing here. The masad did learn of the 19 terrorists and did warn us about them advance. Any nation that thought it would be in their interest to watch some one else go to war with some else might choose to stay out of it and keep quiet. Such behavior isn't expected among allies, but it's at least possible.
